The mission of the Oswego County BOCES Division of Student Programs is to:

	Enable component districts, residents, businesses and industries to: build their capacity through collaborative efforts and partnerships. achieve higher expectations and standards. prepare consumers to grow and achieve their desired futures in a diverse society as lifelong learners.
