Community
Solutions for Transportation (CST), a unique program operated by the Oswego
County Department of Social Services (DSS),
provides transportation and support services to low-income families who are
employed to help them retain their jobs.
The
New York State Department of Labor funds the CST program. Recipients of Temporary Assistance and other
low-income individuals who meet eligibility guidelines may qualify for CST assistance.
Through CST, the
following assistance may be available:

Financial assistance for obtaining a permit or license | |

Financial assistance for vehicle repair to provide individuals with reliable transportation | |
|
Financial assistance for paying insurance premiums and vehicle registration | |
Financial assistance for purchasing child safety seats |
