 | Who gets the money: training provider |
 | Amount: depends on the training and what the training is for |
 | What can the money be used for: The training needs and costs
are defined by the employer and are reviewed by both agencies for
reasonableness and appropriateness. These funds cannot be used for
the acquisition of training equipment or for capital expenditures.
While there is no award limit, all requests for funds are tested on a
cost-benefit formula. |

organization, |
 | A strategic alliance, network or association of employers with
common problems or concerns, |
 | One or more local workforce investment boards established pursuant
to the federal Workforce Investment Act representing a
strategic alliance |
