Judy reviewed the performance
results for the 1st two quarters of PY’09. We are meeting all nine Common Measures. The incentives provided to youth enrollees
seem to be working. We are behind the
goals for the System Improvement measures.
We should have little problem meeting the youth ITA goal for the year.
The Customer Satisfaction Summary Report for January – March was very positive. Once again, we had only a handful of “fair” and “poor” responses, from over 700 total responses for the quarter.
Judy reviewed the Classroom Training report for the 3rd quarter of PY’09. The response rate was the highest it has been in recent memory- 22 responses from the 55 surveys mailed out. Responses were generally favorable.
