Whereas, It is the sense of this
Board to honor those individuals and institutions who have demonstrated
outstanding achievements and leadership skills within the Workforce Development
system, and
Whereas, Jacki Hilton has
demonstrated leadership skills, employment readiness and academic achievements
by participating in the Leadership Skills Development program through the Youth
Advocacy program, and
Whereas, Jacki Hilton was the first
Leadership Skills Development participant to be chosen Youth of the Month, and
was nominated by the Post-Standard for Spotlight on Youth because of the
leadership skills she has demonstrated, and
Whereas, through the Youth Advocacy
program, Jacki has acquired employment at the Pulaski Day Care Center where she
has received excellent reviews, and
Whereas, Jacki Hilton has achieved High Honors in school, is
a member of the National Honor Society, and participates on the Project Save
Committee
THEREFORE LET IT BE RESOLVED, that on this day June 19,
2002, the Workforce Development Board of Oswego County hereby recognizes Jacki
Hilton for outstanding achievements in Leadership, Employment Readiness, and
Academics.
